Yesss! Having fibromyalgia and MCS, I often experience unexpected reactions to products, making it tough to trust new ones. However, after reading about collagen and cartilage's benefits for creaky bones in medical publications, I chose Solgar 7 due to its low-but-complete dosage. It’s been love at first sight! Indispensable for joint pain! I learned about complex #7 from a colleague who took it for three months and saw excellent results. By the 5th or 6th day, her knee pain had significantly decreased.
